Only one 3-bedroom condo is available for rental.  It is located in building 3 on the gulf side of the complex.  This is a customized combination of the "D" and "E" units and offers plenty of room for a large group or family gathering.

Sleeping options are flexible, but maximum capacity is 10.  There are three full bedrooms, with a king bed in the master and queen beds in the other two.  Plus, there is a pullout single bed in the loft bedroom.  There are also two full baths, a shower bath, and a half bath in the loft.

The two balconies are connected by a door so the entire space can be opened for easy access.
