Complex Amenities -
Old Fenimore Mill enjoys an especially good location - we're close enough to "the city" to be within walking distance of most restaurants, shopping and services; but we are far enough away that the crowds of Seafood Festival don't cramp your style and the nightlife won't keep you awake at night! Included among the highlights of our amenities:
- Swimming Pool and sun-bathing area
- Jacuzzi for up to 6
- Private fishing dock
- Freshwater fish cleaning station
- Two small beaches for wading, playing in sand, sunning, canoe/kayak launch
- Boat/trailer parking with fresh water rinse
- Covered car parking (one space per unit)
- Charcoal grills and picnic tables (bring your charcoal and lighter!)
- Cable TV and WiFi
Due to the stairs and lack of an elevator, there are no handicap-accessible units.
All units are Non-smoking inside. Smoking is allowed outside on the balcony or condominium grounds.
