About Old Fenimore Mill
All units have waterfront views! Buildings 1-6 are on the open Gulf, with southeasterly views, catching the morning vistas of birds and sea life starting the day. Buildings 7-10 front on Cedar Key's stunning wildlife filled tidal basins, where one can also watch the commercial watermen and women starting the day's work of harvesting the bountiful waters off Cedar Key.
Our condominiums are individually decorated by the owners and show the eclectic tastes of each. Many are available for rent via the owner or several vacation rental websites. You should also check the Cedar Key Chamber of Commerce for rental listings. Research these resources to learn more about individual units.
All units have cable TV and WiFi available in each building.
Grills and picnic tables are provided on the grounds.
Ample boat parking is available onsite with a fresh water rinse station. While Cedar Key is a small town with little or no problems, we recommend you secure your personal items in your unit.
Due to the stairs and lack of an elevator, there are no handicap-accessible units.
All units are Non-smoking inside. Smoking is allowed outside on the balcony or condominium grounds.
