Our pool, fishing dock and hot tub are for the exclusive use of guests. Daily tie up at the dock is permitted, please be alert to fishermen. Overnight parking is not recommended; Cedar Key's tides are approximately 4 feet and can leave a boat "high and dry".
The City boat ramp is two blocks from your unit, lauch at either the outside (for larger boats) or inside ramp. Launch fee is $10 per day, or contact City Hall, 352-543-5132 for an annual pass.
Grills are provided on the grounds; we request all grilling be done on those provided.
Boat parking is provided for guests. While Cedar Key is a small town with little or no problems, we recommend you secure your personal items in your unit. We can not be responsible for items not properly secured.
Each unit is equipped with deck chairs and tables, enjoy the lush vegetation and views while you unwind from a hard day at play.
