You've heard it before - location is the most important thing when choosing where to live or where to vacation! Make it easy on yourself - park your car under your building and walk wherever you need to go. It's all within about 4 blocks... Or, rent a golf cart from one of the local businesses and roam our picturesque island. If getting out on the water is your goal, we are located at the east side of the island and close to both of the marinas. Residents can launch their kayaks directly from our private beach and explore the mangroves.

To make your ownership the best it can be, you'll need some basic ingredients like our fishing dock - fabulous for fishing or just watching the world go by. Have a boat? We've got parking for your trailer and a fresh water rinse station. We're only about two blocks from the Cedar Key boat launch. Residents may take advantage of the kayak racks and a nice sandy beach to launch from. Our pool and hot tub will help you enjoy some Florida sunshine no matter what time of year you visit. Covered parking under each building makes a great place to leave your car and begin enjoying the community.
